For Couples
Today’s featured couple is takes their first steps together as husband and wife in a cute little inn set for an intimate and cozy wedding.
Located in Topanga Canyon, CA this Inn of the Seventh Ray wedding captures a wonderful Bohemian style and and elegance. The inn specializes in local Californian cuisine, which is something I’ve never heard of before. And what’s more interesting is it’s evolution over the years.
It’s said that the inn was a sacred meeting place for the Chumash Indians. At one point it was a auto junk yard along the canyon, until in the 70’s it was bought and renovated to what you see today. The guiding theme of this venue is that all the food is cultivated from the best ingredients, no GMOs, grass-fedd and all that jazz.
The cooking is done by the violet flame of the seventh ray, said to take your spirit to a higher plane. Well that’s interesting.
Some Highlights
- Tiffany’s reception dress: two pieces of lace along with the head wreathe is very boho wedding chic. Loved that.
- Their dog: I think it’s a Jindo (Korean breed) I heard you’re not supposed to bring them from Korea (shhh)
- Color Palette: Carnations, whites, navy, and creams
- The hand-held sparkler grand exit. Love those!
