We’re so happy to feature our couples Natalie and Brian at the Firestone Vineyard in Santa Barabara. It was a short destination wedding for us this time to one of our favorite places to visit which includes the wineries and the Denmark capital of the world Solvang.
Kevin even brought the whole family back some Danish cookies, my favorite!
To tell the story of Natalie and Brian I’ll let them tell you all about the start of their adventure together.
Enter Natalie:
“They say that you should marry your best friend, and that’s exactly how Brian and I started … as friends!
It all started at a sunny Hermosa Beach house back in 2009. I tagged along with some friends to a get-together at his place. He wasn’t home, so I didn’t meet him that day. But who I did meet was his roommate Erin, and we instantly hit it off.
Erin and I quickly became inseparable, so it wasn’t long before I met Brian! Brian & I also became friends… bonding over our love of the beach, sports, and all-things-Chicago. And we were friends for over a year before we started dating!
Among many things, we played on a softball league together and one day, with him pitching and me playing catcher, sparks started to fly. And that is how our adventure began…”
