Do you deliver RAW photos or video clips?

We never offer any discounts as we do not want to discount our team who are indeed family or like family.

Do you travel? Is there a fee?

How many images do we receive from our wedding?

Yes. Any location at or beyond 75 miles from our headquarters in Yorba Linda, CA requires a travel fee $1/mile roundtrip. Destinations that require air travel will be assessed accordingly. Rates may change based on inflation. Please inquire for current rate.

For weddings: 800-1000 images For Engagements: 80-100

How soon do we receive our images?

Can we split up the hours of coverage?

Unfortunately not. For each photography package is based on consecutive hours of coverage. Even if we are not photographing during "a gap" in the schedule; we are still present. With that said, we always work together to plan a photo schedule that makes sense and doesn't waste our coverage.

We process wedding images in 4-6 weeks and engagement photos in about 2-3 weeks.

Do we own the images and can we print them outside of your company?

Can we remove whatever we want from the package to fit our budget?

Once you sign our agreement, that acts as your grant of rights to all of your images. You can print them anywhere!

No, these packages are not created on an item-by-item basis.

Do you offer videography?

"I just received an email that you were available for my wedding date 5 days ago; how come you're not available anymore?"

We do not offer any videography services, but can refer to you to trusted companies.

To treat all clients fairly; we honor first come, first serve. From the time of sending our availability, quote on services, or consulting with us; if we haven't received the save the date deposit at the time of signing our agreement we can't guarantee we'll be available for your date.

How much to save the date?

Do you put watermarks on your photos?

No watermarks, only full resolution high quality jpeg images will be delivered to you in 4-6 weeks from your wedding date.

It's 20% down to save the date and the remainder is due two weeks before the wedding date.

How do you handle Covid-19 postponements and cancellations.

Who will be my photographer(s)?

Any postponement made during 2021 and beyond now requires a $350 rebooking fee, in addition to a newly signed postponement agreement. Cancellations will not be afforded a full refund. The 20% save-the-date deposit cannot be returned.

Depending availability, you'll either have Jenna or Kevin and if your coverage allows it, a corresponding Second Photographer from our KLV team.
