Rustic Modern Destination Wedding at Glen Oaks Big Sure with Heather and Roderick

Roderick and Heather were no strangers having grown up together attending the same school and church. They began as friends, finding more comfort to lean in and take the plunge into what would become a union for a lifetime.

And so their story begins, hand-in-hand they conquered every adventure to present itself and in hot pursuit of new ones. From the proposal in the Valley of Fire, to their engagement session in Lake Arrowhead, and finally the big day at Glen Oaks in Big Sur- each space was breathtaking and different from the next.

The morning of the big day, the trees swayed lightly as sun peaked through the lush green leaves. As Heather looked out to what would be the perfect day, the creek bubbled nearby in support and peaceful ambiance. Once preparation was finished, the couple opted for a “First Touch” sharing their warmth and tears of joy before becoming husband and wife.

From Kevin- I was honored and thankful to have witness and documented their special day. It was a long time coming. They’re both an adventurous couple. Big Sur was the perfect place for them. Thank you again Ricky and Heather for having Sean and I throughout your adventurous wedding!
