The couple exchanged vows between 18th-century gates and columns imported from Provence, France. This reclaimed stonework provides a European elegance that modern builds cannot match. Antique stone windows from the 1700s L’Orangerie also frame the site. These windows allow the soft Vista sunlight to glow perfectly for every photo.
A Connection to History: The Washington Timbers
The most famous detail of a The Havens Country Club wedding involves American history. George Washington himself ordered the shade timbers at the ceremony site back in the 1780s.
This storied wood sheltered Samantha and Chris as they said “I do.” These historic touches transform a simple wedding into a lasting legacy. Guests don’t just attend a party; they experience 18th-century history firsthand.
