Every great romance has a “how we met” story, but Alyssa and Oliver’s sounds like something straight out of a movie. Their journey began on a moonlit night at the enchanting Wolf & Crane bar in Little Tokyo. Interestingly, Alyssa hadn’t even intended to visit the bar that night. Just as she was about to depart, a charming stranger tapped her on the shoulder with a classic line: “Hey, I think I know you from somewhere.”
A Serendipitous Encounter in Little Tokyo
Alyssa was initially taken aback by the sudden encounter. With a twinkle in her eye, she joked, “Seriously? Do people really use that line?” However, the stranger wasn’t just anyone. He revealed himself to be Oliver, an academic professional at the USC School of Pharmacy.
As they realized the serendipitous nature of their meeting, the magic of the evening took over. They spent the rest of the night dancing and laughing through the vibrant streets of Downtown Los Angeles. By the time the bar closed its doors, they knew they had found something truly special.

For their engagement session, returning to the scene of their “meet-cute” was a must. Since that fateful night, Alyssa and Oliver have been inseparable. It was an absolute joy to photograph this power couple in the heart of the city where it all began.
